- Handle e-mails, ensure consistent productivity & quality of service and maintain customer satisfaction.
- Respond and resolve promptly to customer inquiries and complaints
- Process orders, forms, applications and requests
- Proficient in German (written and spoken level B2-C1)
- Basic skills in Word, Excel
- Able to multi-task
- Strong team player with commitment and a positive attitude
- The ability to think quickly, to make a recommendation or propose a solution to a customer's problem
- 8 hours workday 09.00-18.00;
