Perform payroll, billing, accounting, reporting for group and new European entities. Be in touch with operations team for answering to clients’ requests and requirements.
Key Job Responsibilities
• Production of payroll
• Clients invoicing and debt chasing as required.
• Entry data in financial system
• Reconciliation of financial data with accounting for different entities
• Payroll Tax reports preparation and submission
• Assist the team in productions of VAT, yearend reports, internal reports
Skills and Experience
• 2 years of experience in accounting role
• Experience in an international company is a plus
• Experience in production payroll
• Experience with financial accounting and balance sheets
• Excellent communication skills, including French and English Language
• Excel skills
